Process
From idea to company.
01
Submit
Tell us what you want to solve. No 50-page business plan. Explain the problem, who feels it, why it matters, and what people do instead.
02
Screen
Pesara performs an initial opportunity assessment: problem quality, market, customer, competition, monetisation, technology, regulation, founder-market fit.
03
Validate
Evidence before engineering. Promising ideas enter a validation sprint: interviews, landing pages, waitlists, pricing tests, prototypes, LOIs, pre-orders, unit economics.
04
Decide
Possible outcomes: Build, Pilot, Pivot, Park, Decline. Disciplined selection protects both founders and Pesara from building without evidence. Decline is not a verdict on the person.
05
Agree
A Build decision becomes a written co-build agreement: a new company, equity with vesting, a revenue share that steps down, and a platform fee. Or a paid build, if that fits better.
06
Build
Pesara designs and engineers the product on Pesara Rails: strategy, UX, web, mobile, payments, ledgers, data, security. The founder does not pay a build invoice in a co-build.
07
Launch
Take the product into the real market. Measure activation, conversion, retention, revenue and unit economics. Every payment is visible to the founder.
08
Earn together
As customers pay, the agreed shares are applied at settlement and the rest goes to the venture. Pesara keeps improving the platform, because it only earns while the venture does.
